How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Cada pieza se elabora bajo pedido con esmero y atención al detalle. El tiempo de procesamiento antes del envío es de 3 a 8 días hábiles.
Una vez completado su pedido, se enviará dentro del siguiente día hábil.
Tiempos de envío estimados:
Envío estándar: 3-5 días hábiles
Envío prioritario: 1-3 días hábiles

Debido a la naturaleza de nuestros productos, por el momento no podemos aceptar devoluciones. Todas las ventas son definitivas.

Para garantizar que su pedido se procese lo más rápido posible, la producción comienza poco después de que se realice. Por lo tanto, no podemos garantizar cancelaciones ni cambios una vez que se haya enviado un pedido.

All items are made to order and customized based on the information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event that we are unable to complete your order (for example, due to an unusable photo, missing customization details, etc.), we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be canceled and refunded, less a $10 handling fee.
Customization Details
Please ensure all customization fields are completed accurately at the time of purchase.
If required details (such as text or names) are missing, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to proceed with the order without the requested add-on or cancel the order in accordance with our policy.
Photo Quality
Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality, clear images.
We will use the exact photo provided and are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or otherwise low-quality images. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the final product will reflect the quality of the image submitted.
Communication
As all items are custom, communication may be necessary to complete your order. We encourage customers to monitor their email or messages after placing an order to avoid delays or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
Before reaching out, please check with neighbors, household members, or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
We do not issue refunds or credits for orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.
